1. TO REQUEST A RESERVATION: Click on any OPEN DATE on the calendar to request a reservation. Fill out the form, and we will email you with a confirmation or decline within 2 days.

2. DOUBLE BUNGALOWS: These are cottages 5/6 (rented together) and 8/9 (rented together).

3. DOUBLE STUDIOS: These are cottages 2/3 or 11/12 rented together.

4. PRICING OF DOUBLES: We will adjust the price if you rent a double—just write a note on your request that your group wants the double bungalow or double studio. Pricing on the reservation request is listed as if just one side of the double was rented.

5. BUNGALOWS: Bungalows may only be rented as doubles if reservations are confirmed before May 1. Double Bungalows have a 3-night minimum on Peak Season weekends.

6. 2-NIGHT MINIMUM: Sorry, we DO NOT make exceptions to the 2-night minimum rule, even if there is just 1 night available because of the cost and logistics involved with the cleaning crew and laundry turn-over.
