**NOTE: This rate includes both studios. When making the reservation for the Double Studio Cottage, rent Studios 2&3 or Studios 11&12 together. The pricing on the initial reservation will show as if you were just renting a single Studio, but we will adjust the pricing down after the reservation is made and send you a revised invoice.
